Awareness: |No Image: Only Setting to Configure In Your Mind|

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” – Carl Jung

What if everything you’ve ever wanted was already within your reach? The success, the happiness, the sense of fulfilment—it’s all there, waiting for you. And here’s the kicker: you don’t need some extraordinary external force to make it happen. It’s all about awareness. That’s the key. Sounds simple, right? But it’s a game-changer.

I’ll never forget a training session I had with Robin—a mentor whose words have stayed with me for years. He shared something that blew my mind: his 3 STEP SUCCESS FORMULA. And let me tell you, it’s not just another piece of advice; it’s pure gold. What caught me off guard was when he said, “Just 20 minutes a day can save you years of struggle in life.” Twenty minutes? I remember thinking, How could something so small make such a big difference?

But then he explained, and it all started to click. See, it’s not just about moving forward in life—it’s about moving in the right direction. Because let’s face it, we’ve all been there, running around in circles, chasing things that don’t actually matter. Before you take a step, you need to know what the right step is. And the right step? It’s not always easy. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable, even painful. But that’s what makes it worthwhile.

Robin taught me this: the right path isn’t about shortcuts or avoiding challenges. It’s about embracing the journey, even when it’s tough. And the magic ingredient?  Awareness, being aware changes everything. It helps you spot opportunities, make smarter choices, and ultimately, create the life you’ve always dreamed of.

So how do you cultivate this awareness? Read books written by people you admire. Watch videos of those who’ve achieved what you aspire to. Connect with like-minded individuals who inspire you to grow. The more you expose yourself to the right influences, the sharper your awareness becomes. And here’s the beautiful part: awareness leads to better choices, better choices lead to better results, and better results? They lead straight to success.

Let’s Talk About Awareness

Three Types of Faith: Faith isn’t just about religion—it’s the lens through which you see the world. It’s shaped by your nature, and it guides everything you do.

Sattvic Faith: Think of someone who approaches life with calmness and purpose. They’re the ones who inspire us with their kindness and clarity. Their faith leads them to do things that uplift themselves and others.

Rajasic Faith: Now, picture someone driven by ambition and desire. They worship power and success, always chasing the next big thing. Their energy is impressive, but it’s often restless and relentless.

Tamasic Faith: Finally, there’s the person stuck in negativity, driven by fear or confusion. Their actions can feel chaotic and unproductive, pulling them away from where they truly want to be.

What’s on Your Plate? Believe it or not, even your food choices reflect your state of mind.

Sattvic Food: Fresh, nourishing foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. They make you feel energized and clear-headed.

Rajasic Food: Overly spicy or salty foods that might excite your senses but leave you feeling unsettled.

Tamasic Food: Stale or processed junk that drains your energy and clouds your thinking.

Giving and Growth The way you give to others—whether it’s your time, effort, or resources—also says a lot about where you are.

Sattvic Giving: Done selflessly, with no strings attached, it’s pure and uplifting.

Rajasic Giving: Driven by ego or the need for recognition, it looks good on the outside but doesn’t feel quite right.

Tamasic Giving: Done grudgingly or with ill intent, it doesn’t benefit anyone—not even you.

Understanding these forces—the Gunas—gives you a roadmap for life. It’s like having a compass to guide you toward the best version of yourself. And here’s the thing: this isn’t about being perfect. It’s about progress. Every small step you take toward awareness brings you closer to living the life you were meant to live.

Best wishes,

S Shekhar
